Restore Assemble Produce provides a “Fee For Service” component of parent engagement, restorative healing practices, and racism and bias training. These programs are developed and implemented by Restore Assemble Produce (R.A.P.) to assist organizations and public service entities to ensure parents have access to and awareness of education, tools, community support and power to effectively advocate for their students’ academic success. Through this program, we dismantle racial and systemic trauma while building transformative education systems and environments.
R.A.P. and its staff values helping organizations and institutions build the trust, cultural competency and change that is needed to support healing from racism. This provides scholars and parents access and pathways to shared-power and leadership regarding their assets and brilliance.
