Restore Assemble Produce Youth

Transformative Training Programs for Empowerment

Restore Assemble Produce Youth provides a “Fee For Service” component of parent engagement, restorative healing practices, and racism and bias training. These programs are developed and implemented by Restore Assemble Produce (R.A.P.) to assist organizations and public service entities in ensuring parents have access to and awareness of education, tools, community support, and power to effectively advocate for their students’ academic success. Through this program, we dismantle racial and systemic trauma while building transformative education systems and environments.

R.A.P. and its staff value helping organizations and institutions build the trust, cultural competency, and change that are needed to support healing from racism. This provides scholars and parents access and pathways to shared power and leadership regarding their assets and brilliance.
