1. Weekly Communication with parents from Mill Creek Middle School, Kent, and Parents in the South King County Communities.
(NOTE: RAP will work with parents from any school District)
A. Communication may be through email, telephone, text, or visit.
B. Assist parents with updated school, District, or OSPI applicable information.
C. Connect parents with TBOK Parent Leadership Team (PLT).
D. D. Invite parents to monthly parents gathering/ function/ activity
1. TBOK Parent Enrollment
A. Gather create Contact list of all current and past parent contacts
B. Develop weekly “Hot List” to enroll parents weekly.
C. Develop TBOK “Parents Benefits Package”
D. Identify potential parents leadership team (PLT) members.
E. Develop TBOK enrollment form (include a list of talents + where they like to work.
F. Create a schedule for TBOK orientation (preferably a weekday and a weekend).
G. Create a schedule for TBOK Training (preferably a weekday and a weekend).
H. Develop initial TBOK training/ Include completion certificate/ TBOK ID/ hat/ T-shirt
A. Develop T-shirts, hats, Pins & pens, ID Cards, Postcard flyers, Business card, etc.
B. Create a Monthly Parent fellowship event.
C. Create space on website,
D. Create TBOK WRAP Radio Show, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
